Information cannot account for every family’s circumstances. Our initial resources prioritise England and Wales; other jurisdictions differ. Safeguarding concerns, domestic abuse and children’s individual needs must always be considered. The K.I.D.S. framework does not guarantee a particular arrangement or court outcome.
